How We Support Your Recovery
- Individual Therapy Private sessions with a licensed clinician focus on personal history, emotional triggers, and behavioral patterns related to substance use.
- Group Therapy Structured group discussions create space to share experiences, gain perspective, and develop healthier communication skills.
- Build Practical Coping Skills Residents learn strategies that help manage stress, cravings, and daily challenges during recovery.
- Strengthen Accountability Regular therapeutic work encourages reflection, responsibility, and steady progress throughout treatment.
- Relapse Prevention Residents learn to recognize personal triggers, behavioral cycles, and high-risk situations that can lead to substance use.
- Build Response Strategies Practical techniques help residents manage stress, cravings, and difficult moments without returning to old patterns.
- Aftercare Planning Before discharge, each individual works with the clinical team to create a clear plan for continued care and support.
- Prepare for Life After Treatment Coordination with outpatient providers and support groups helps maintain progress and reduce the risk of relapse.
Our Facility
Our residence is intentionally designed for just six individuals at a time. Keeping the community small allows us to offer focused attention, meaningful connection, and a sense of stability that can be difficult to find in larger programs. Each resident is known personally, not just as a patient, but as an individual with a story and a future worth protecting.
Residents take part in clinical sessions and wellness activities that support emotional growth and physical stability. Recovery is serious work, but it also benefits from community, conversation, and feeling at ease in your surroundings.
